Taco Bell - Charlotte

I approached the staff to discuss my concerns, and the man at the front was very helpful. He explained that "fresco" means no cheese. Although it was my mistake, he kindly asked the line cooks to remake my burrito with cheese and grill it. Once it was ready, they handed me my food and wished me a blessed day. Overall, I found the staff to be kind, the food good, and the service quick – a rarity at Taco Bell. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell, both with the food and the service. It was refreshing to receive a burrito that was folded correctly and had the ingredients evenly distributed—something that many Taco Bells seem to overlook. The dining area was well-maintained, the fountain machine was clean, and the tables were tidy; everything felt organized and inviting. The ambiance was relaxing, and the decor was vibrant. Plus, the restroom was also clean. Overall, it was a great visit!

Taco Bell offers some of the tastiest non-authentic Mexican food you can find. I particularly love their chicken gorditas and a couple of crunchy tacos paired with a Pepsi. While the nachos grande could use more flavor and crunch, they might suit your taste just fine. The drive-thru service is consistently quick and friendly, which I really appreciate when I stop by late at night after work. I'm happy to have this restaurant in my neighborhood.

I ordered two soft tacos, but when I got home, the food was overcooked and hard. These were the worst tacos I've ever had from Taco Bell! To make matters worse, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. I’ll never return; I should have just gone to Burger King next door. Food rating: 1/5.

This is definitely the worst Taco Bell, possibly in the entire NC area. I would recommend avoiding it whenever possible. The place is always dirty, the food is consistently soggy, and the windows often bear the marks of local disturbances. The better option is at 8812 Albemarle Road, near Lowe's.
