Ruby Tuesday - Charlotte

My friend said her steak was terrible, flavorless and completely fatty. They had no baked potatoes. Her cheesecake was frozen solid. I had the pot roast, it was ok. The garlic bread was plain toast. Skipped salad bar as it was unappealing. Restaurant not how I remembered. I will now remember never to go back.

Food was great! It was nice meeting Sabrina she's so polite and fun. James is a really good manager!

Bridgette was phenomenal! Her personality made for great atmosphere and her mixing skills are top shelf. She will be sure to keep the guests coming back! Thank you for great service and keep up the good work.

Dontrell was Absolutely wonderful!! I’m not from here and I just moved for work. He made me feel so at home and comfortable. You don’t meet many bartenders like him!!
