Panera Bread - Charlotte

You have very good sandwiches for a chain restaurant. Also a good selection of bakery products. This special Panera has reserved all parking spaces in front of the store for the ride through so that you have to park in the back and there are very few places so that I usually park over the street on the main parking lot for the Arboretum.

Awful. Just awful. This ?pizza? flat bread pizza was very salty ? had sour sauce ? and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale and not even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice and was dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all.

Can never go wrong with Panera. Great friendly customer service and even better food. I just wanted a simple breakfast this am so I got my fave cinnamon crunch bagel and an iced coffee. Sat inside and enjoyed it and it was as amazing as it always is.

Sadly, this store seemed to think it was a better business model for this night to package all orders to go, and not only that, but not allow anyone to sit down to eat- or even sit to wait for their food if they ordered on kiosk. No explanation was given, which would have been appreciated above all.

Went there for lunch. Ordered a small mac n cheese whole chicken Caesar salad. Paid $16.32. The salad is tiny. Not sure if they gave me a half or not. Never had a salad there before. Seems awful small for that price. Either way I was already home and wasn?t going back. Also the brown rotting lettuce was a nice touch. Won?t be back
