Baskin-robbins - Charlotte

I've been going to this Baskin-Robbins since 2012... the building needs work as well as the customer service ? I might stop going here... the ice cream was kind of melted as well

I came in to get a cake for my sisters birthday. Based on the flavors, it was slim pickings for me. I found a cake and it said happy irthday . When I brought the cake to the register, I asked if she could fix it. She said no and gave me a discount of 10% if I wanted it. I took it because Ugh I needed a cake ASAP. I didn 't see any dates on the box: when it was made or sell by. The chocolate cake the dry and overall just lacking flavor. No fudge or anything, just very plain. I will not be purchasing another cake from Baskin Robins.

Nice place for donuts, ice cream or expresso coffee!!

I visited this restaurant today, but they were closed at 7:18 PM. Their website stated that they close at 8:00 PM. All the lights were off, and the doors were locked.

This place is fantastic! I absolutely love it here and the staff is amazing. I've been coming to this restaurant for a while, and they always get my order right. It's impressive how they remember what I like while I'm waiting in line.
