Mcdonald's - Charlotte Hall

It's McDonald's. The employees were super helpful and the lady who brought out my food was very pleasant and friendly. You can't ask for more than that.

You can not order through drive through with out being sent to apot to wait every time its terrible and getting worse !!!!Parking: Dont order drive threw sent to parking lit to wait !!!

I waited for 30 minutes for my food! I only got 2 orders of hotcakes with sausage! Other cars were waiting even longer than me. Once i finally got my food it was cold. This is the worst McDonald’s location ive seen in the country!

If I could put a zero I would, First I'm the only one there.They asked me to pull up and wait for my food will only be 2 minutes. I wait ten minutes nobody shows up, I drive back around.Still nobody here and just ask for my food.Get handed a cold bag. We'll not be going back to this trash location.

Awful carry out/order online service; won’t even come outside if they have no one in drive thru. Waited 30 mins and still had to walk inside to get my food.
