Poogan's Smokehouse - Charleston

We ate in different Smoke Houses in Charleston, and this is by far my new favorite. First, the service was spectacular my glass was not 2/3 empty sweet tea the whole dinner. Jamie was a wonderful waiter. My husband loved the ribs and pigs, but in my opinion the fried chicken and Mac and cheese were the bomb!

It was the first time we had dinner there. We visited Charleston. The food was good, our service was good and a great atmosphere. I would recommend it to others and I would eat there again.

Excellent. Great pulled pork and cornbread. Memphis style BBQ sauce is on point.

Soooo good.!!!Had a pulled pork platter with cole slaw and Mac and cheese! It was outstanding. Their homemade barbecue sauces were awesome.
