Jimmy John's - Chantilly

I order online for delivery and put $0 for tip since I have cash. I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip in cash. Then I look at my receipt to see that they circled message about tip with an arrow pointing to $0. That is so rude. The delivery guy was rude and nasty and then I call the store to tell them what happened and my GM did not seem to care one bit. She stated well what do you want me to do about it?!? Seriously you’re the GM and you’re going to allow your employees to treat people like that. Horrible customer service!

Pretty good Jimmy Johns sandwich shop with friendly staff who are attentive to customer needs. Very clean in appearance, and you can tell the staff works hard to run the sandwich shop.

Located near the Nation's Gun Show expo center, this restaurant is very convenient. While it may be a typical spot for this chain, I always enjoy my basic roast beef sandwich here. The tomatoes are always fresh and they are willing to customize your order to your liking. I appreciate that they listen to my preferences, such as omitting iceberg lettuce. I have had good experiences at Jimmy John's.

Honestly I used to like this place. Until tonight when I ordered myself dinner at 8:43pm. Well at 8:53 I received a call from Jimmy Johns. Apparently their driver is out and since they close in 7 minutes they 're canceling my order.I thought the point of Doordash and Uber eats was so you could always get delivery? But when dumba restaurants like Jimmy Johns step in and have their own drivers. It defeats the entire purpose of doordash.I will not be ordering or going here again.

Kid friendliness: Classic Jimmy John's hospitality with fun signs to read. Parking: Easy to access with plenty of spaces available in the strip mall on a Saturday afternoon, despite the restaurant's popularity.
