Chipotle Mexican Grill - Champaign

Ordered a burritto bowl and while a worker was making my bowl they cut their hand. They made a me a new bowl and changed their gloves, but when I was eating the bowl I found part of the worker's old glove in my bowl. This is beyond disgusting and totally unsaniatry since the cut drew blood and the glove had contact with the person's blood. Will never be eating here again and will defitently share this story with anyone who talks about ordering chipotle from this location.

Some of the best bowls and burritos I've ever had from a chipotle. They are right on campus and downtown, there are lines quite often so I would order through the app, they get em done quickly!!

Overall good, they gave a huge part of the meal, i like the chip with salsa guacamola. I ordered steak bowls.

Bowls only half full. Missing corn and pico I ordered. This isn't $18 worth of food. Not even close. This is what Chipotle does if you order online. They rip you off.

This store is poorly run. Never place online orders. They won’t have your food ready at the promised time, they refuse to cancel or refund orders. On top of that nobody is ever in a hurry. Most employees are loitering even when it’s busy. Often they are out of rice, beans and veggies. Management really needs to step it up.
