Mt. Nittany Overlook Event Center

The view is absolutely breathtaking. The food is incredible. And the staff make you feel right at home. This is an amazing place to host events or just going for dinner. We are so lucky to have such an awesome venue restaurant in Centre County!

So happy that the local owners of the Harrisons restaurant group took on this space and rebuilt it. Dinner was delicious (day boat scallop specials, pretzel crusted chicken, a barbecue beef brisket, sirloin steak, battered fish, with chocolate decadence cake a lemon lime tart for dessert for our group) and the service was friendly and unrushed but efficient. The view across Penns Valley to Tussey Mountain is so beautiful that you could eat boiled cabbage and enjoy your meal, but luckily that is not the case here!

We're new at this town, I went there with my husband in the first time for date night. It's amazing view with sunset. Good foods and friendly staff. We will come back for sure.

Great place to sit and dine while seeing nature at it’s finest

The lasagna had a wonderful taste and a nice sized portion. While it was somewhat expensive, $17, all in all I'd say it was worth it for a night out. Looking forward to our next visit, maybe during daylight hours so we can see the spectacular view.
