Restaurant bewertenWe stopped by this restaurant for convenience while launching our boat, and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. I would have rated them 5 stars for the food, but the mahi in the tacos was slightly overcooked. However, my bushwhacker was one of the best I’ve ever had. The views of the lake were fantastic. We will definitely be returning!
As for family-friendliness, they have tetherball and plenty of green space for kids to enjoy!
This was our first and last visit. I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was very dry and at best lukewarm. The bun was cold, and the cheese was also cold, making it the worst burger I've ever had. It was clearly cooked much earlier in the day and definitely not fresh. Given the price, I expected it to be at least hot. I specifically requested no pickles and no onions, but it arrived with both. Food: 1/5.
We ordered basic hamburgers, and they were undoubtedly the most bland and filler-laden burgers we've had since high school cafeteria days! For our meal, we spent $25 on two burgers, two bags of chips, and two Cokes, and we won't be coming back. It was genuinely disappointing!
I had a fantastic outdoor dining experience with an unbeatable view. I ordered the Mahi Mahi BLT sandwich, and it was excellent. To top off my meal, I enjoyed a slice of homemade key lime pie, which was delicious as well. The service was friendly and prompt. Overall, I rate the food 4 out of 5.
