The Branch Public Room - Centralia

Incredible experience! Our group of four tried the Salmon, Cod, and Shrimp Sirloin, and we all shared bites of each dish – everything was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic, and the desserts were out of this world. To top it all off, the bartender crafted an amazing Duck Fart cocktail. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with the bartender. We’ll definitely be returning!

The food was absolutely delicious! I dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be between $30 and $50. Both the food and service received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive, also rated a 5.

The restaurant is a great option for a mid-range to upscale dining experience. My only complaint is the limited selection of mixed cocktails. For example, they don't offer a Moscow Mule, as they lack ginger beer and copper cups. However, the quality of the food more than compensates for the cocktail options. Service was good, and I dined there for dinner.
