Curry Samrat - Central Bedfordshire

I inquired about my order, which was running a bit late, based on a recommendation. Despite my initial frustration, when it finally arrived 5 minutes later, I was blown away. It might just be the best Indian food I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

I would never have been there, there was a go had loads of curry and very fussy, so I will say they said they lasted for forty minutes hour and quarter best tandoori huhn ever no red finger and thumb in morning eating was hot and tastefully good a go worth, will order again mmmm

I placed an order yesterday at 6pm, but it did not arrive until 8.45pm. Despite making 3 phone calls, the customer service was rude and the staff seemed overworked. It was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and while the food was delicious and hot, the service was so poor that I will not be ordering again. It was a shame because the food was really good. It was my birthday meal and there was a child with us who unfortunately missed out on enjoying the meal due to the late delivery. My advice to the boss is to either hire more staff or stop accepting home delivery orders if they cannot keep up with demand. Additionally, staff should be trained on how to speak to customers on the phone without being rude or argumentative. Ultimately, it was not my fault that we had to wait 2 and a half hours for our food.

I had a terrible experience with their food in the past, with the king prawn shashlik being as tough as a rock. However, the restaurant is now under new management and has a new chef. The food is now average, and I hope they continue to improve.

There are so many restaurants and take away to choose in dunstable that we tend to stay with those we know. for the first time curry samrat. it was excellent! not oily. great quality. every dish full of taste, very tasty sauces. highly recommended. definitiw the wait worth and will use again.
