Jimmy John's - Cedar Falls

Amazing. Amazing customer service and my sandwich was ready until I was paid. You're FREAKY FAST! I would recommend this to everyone in the area of Cedar Falls who is looking for a delicious meal with a strict time frame.

Without a doubt, the staff here is the best. As a professional truck driver, I found myself stranded on the side of the road. The other Jimmy John's locations in town wouldn't deliver to me without an address, so I decided to take a chance and call this one. Thank goodness I did! Eric somehow managed to deliver my order quickly, and the food was fantastic. This place is truly wonderful.

I received my order but they forgot to include my cookie. They promptly went back and brought it to me. I give them a 10/10 for their excellent customer service. Thank you JJ's!

The delivery service is always incredibly fast. Even though I'm about 2 miles away, my order is completed from start to finish in just 10 minutes. I commend the provider for creating their own beverage carrier, reducing waste. The food is consistently delicious every time.

This is a great Jimmy John's. The food is almost as good as shower beer and the service is faster than I am to NNN.
