Restaurant bewertenMooon Cafe is a regular stop for me. Their tacos are easily double the size of some of their competitors delicious and at P120 they are my favorite. I do advise avoiding their Roja sauce though because sweet flavor has no place in a taco (just order them without it). The atmosphere is very pleasant, the waiters are attentive and their menu is loaded with Mexican and Filipino food.
This restaurant is one of my favorite mexican restaurant. I took so many dishes here and the best one is Breaded fish fillet. Deep fried fish fillet is sooooo tender and juicy, seasoning is also perfect. If you are planning to visit here, I definitely recommend this dish. I just wrote about the fish, the other dishes are also very good though.
When we go back to Cebu, Mooon Cafe is one of the restaurants we make sure to visit at least once during our trip. Like getting a taste of Mexico in the Philippines. Don't worry, they make awesome Filipino cuisine as well!
Over the years this place has gotten a lot better. When I first went to Mooon, I was expecting some interesting Mexican. I don't know what I was expecting....Mexican with an Asian twist? I don't know how they'd conquer that. But at that time, Mooon was really only serving pizza! I was surprised!! Is pizza Mexican? I know of Taco Bell's mexican pizza but I don't know anywhere else with something like that. Well, the pizza was very good at that time so I went back quite a few times over the years. I am now seeing that they have a pretty substantial branch of burritos and other Mexican items I would expect. They also have some classic Filipino food as well. I say try it if you're interested. Not a place I'd consider a make-or-break to a trip to the PH
Well I simply love their garlicky mushroom! It's too die for! And of course their six stick pork skewers is the bomb paired with their really spicy rojo sauce! The spicy gambas is really great too if you're into those foods. The mexican part tends to be forgotten but they do serve great burritos
