Restaurant bewertenToday, I visited Firehouse Subs for the first time after hearing that they are peanut and tree nut friendly. (Although their website did not confirm these allergens.) This was a dream come true for my son, who has to be very careful when ordering food, especially baked goods. I arrived at 11:30 on a Friday and the place was busy. They had four sandwich makers working and there were about 6 people ahead of me in line for lunch. Despite the crowd, there was a continuous flow of customers coming in. I waited about 15 minutes before my order was ready, but the staff were working quickly and efficiently. My son's turkey and cheese sandwich was made perfectly and with great attention to detail (the right balance of ingredients...not too heavy on the dressings or toppings). We will definitely be returning to Firehouse Subs. It was worth the wait!
I have visited this restaurant several times. The sandwiches always taste great and I really like the atmosphere.
The sandwiches at this restaurant are incredibly tasty. I decided to try the tuna fish on white bread, but unfortunately, I received a tuna fish sandwich instead. This mistake usually ruins a sandwich for me. Since I live far from the restaurant, it was not convenient for me to return the sandwich and ask for the correct one. I am disappointed that I received the wrong bread choice. Otherwise, it would have been a 5-star review, as everything else about the experience was positive.
One of our favorite locations of Firehouse subs. They seem a little cleaner and a little friendlier and a little more willing to go out of their way for the customers then other Firehouse subs we have visited except for one on the far west side of Phoenix they were about the same as this one
First and last time customer. Placed an order and 5 sides/desserts were missing from order. One sub was made wrong. Called to get a refund and all they said was we can put your name down for next time. There will never be a next time.
