Mcdonald's - Cathedral City

This place is supposed to be 24 hrs. We ordered from the app 1227am. We got there and the woman said we are closed for an hour. I explained we ordered from the app and paid for it still we are closed no orders on screen I asked if she would cancel it or give a refund she said no you get your money back in 3 days now bye. Thankfully my bank took care of it and put the money back immediately. If they are going to close the app needs to reflect that and not let you order and the customer service shouldn't be snap your head off.

Sign says open at 6:00 am, it's 8:00 am and they're closed! There isn't a sign or announcement on why they're closed, employees are inside but don't have consideration to at least come out with an explanation or inform of when they'll be opening. I definitely don't recommend this McDonald's,

Went through the drive thru at midnight. Was completely ignored by the employee’s. Would leave zero stars but not possible. It would of been nice to have been told they where closed instead of ignored.

It's 8 am, at the door it says it opens at 6 am the employees are there just looking at us just waiting for them to open , I've been here for 20 minutes already, where is the manager fir this place.

Food was Luke warm. Quick service. For new restaurant, the food is edible if reheated..Half of it maybe.
