Restaurant bewertenI order for delivery, and there were no Dashers immediately available. When the Dasher was able to show up, this store gave her a bag of COLD food that had been made over an hour previously. The Dasher insisted that they remake the food and the manager refused, even going so far as to say it was not their problem. So customes are no longer a thing that Wendy's values? Because I'm not going to waste my time or money at this **** poor excuse of a restaurant ever again. And, it was the wrong order!
Wendy's as a corporation has let quality slip for a number of years. Having said that, I've always gotten fresh food at this location. They move you through the drive-thru quickly and they're almost always friendly.
It's supposed to be fast food well it takes over 10 minutes to get a simple order of a single,Staff was standing around talking to one another and not filling
The Baconator fries are great. The employees are fantastic.
We went through the Drive Thru around 3:30 pm on New Years Eve (Sunday) and I have to say from the Drive Thru SPEAKER to the actual WINDOW.....Everyone at THIS Wendy's Location IS AMAZING AND SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE !! I know that nobody is thrilled to be stuck working on New Years Eve but every person here was just incredible and so friendly and you do NOT get that anymore at most OTHER fast food locations. Now onto the food....Everything was 100% CORRECT ! PERFECT , Hot , Fresh , Food ,NO MISTAKES ! This IS what everyone SHOULD expect but everyday when you dine out but at other places , People are angry , crabby and do NOT care about their job or the customers and it shows. This store management team should be very PROUD OF THIS STAFF and REWARD THEM for the OUTSTANDING WORK THAT THEY DO. I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to everyone working that day to make my stop in such a positive experience. Great Job to all and Happy New Year ! A
