Gloria Jeans - CASUARINA

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude and lacking in basic customer service skills. I couldn't help but feel like they were being discriminatory, as they were friendly to some customers but showed me outright disrespect.

I waited 25 minutes for a coffee on a Tuesday afternoon - what a joke! There are plenty of other coffee shops to choose from, and the prices are ridiculous. I won't be returning to this overpriced coffee franchise in Darwin, let alone Casuarina.

Very nice coffee served with a smile by very friendly staff. Snacks are also appertising. Cold water is also free and the coffee is a reasonable price.

I’ve always had great coffee here at Gloria Jeans casuarina, it’s always consistent, the staff are always happy and cheerful on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and the toasted banana bread is always perfect, I’d recommend the coffee here over and above all other coffee places in Darwin. I’ve been coming here for over ten years)

To follow on from previous review. Yeh I go there 2 to 3 times a week especially as I recovering after an operation. The peaple are so friendly and helpful. The food is great and the coffee same same. Comr and enjoy
