Julianna's - CASTROVILLE

We had a lovely family dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The food options and portion sizes were above average. The salads were fresh and crisp, and most of the main dishes met our expectations. However, the calamari was overcooked and tough. The sautéed vegetables were soggy and left a watery residue on the plate, which was disappointing, especially since the steak was otherwise excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Castroville and was advised to check out this charming little restaurant situated right on the golf course. Dining here is certainly the talk of the town! Every dish was expertly crafted and cooked to perfection. I opted for the chicken parmesan, and it was incredible. I would definitely love to return to sample more dishes. I also highly recommend the chopped brisket sandwich—it was juicy and tender, filled with plenty of brisket.

Our experience at Julianna was absolutely fantastic! The food was not only delicious, but the staff took great care of us as well. I was particularly impressed to see the owners and executive chef bus tables, greet new guests, interact with customers, and assist their team wherever needed. It was clear that he is a hardworking and passionate individual who surrounds himself with a dedicated team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The food was exquisite, and everything was made from scratch—even the marinara sauce was homemade. We will definitely be returning!

This is the best golf restaurant I had so far. decent eating, friendly staff and one of these really beautiful South Texas elegant looking dinning rooms. would not make it up to come back and try their burgers because you looked great!

Really good dine in and take out in my experience!!! You?ll look at the price and question if it?s worth it?. But let me tell you it is! Every-time I have gone here, it has been consistently amazing! The waitress was amazing, and was always going around to make sure everything was good.
