If you order sweet potato fries be careful they pour sugar on them, not accidentally but I had to ask them do over with salt. The calamari come with no sauce, I had to start a fit just to get vinegar. Pretty d staff. The topper is the no refunds policy so buyer beware!

Horrible service!!!! We have been regular customers for years with no problems. Recently we have ordered two times with uber eats and they forgot our items. The first time it happened they forgot sweet potato fries so i called and the manager was very nice and helpful and refunded me. The second time today we ordered uber eats and they forgot the waffle fries. The girl named grace was very rude and unhelpful. She basically accused me of being a liar saying they were in the bag and refused to help me and did not care to resolve the issue. In the background i could hear another coworker shouting in another language about it. I felt very uncomfortable and very disrespected i wont return to this business. You lost a good customer! Huge disappointment!!!

The red bean topping there somehow always tastes old and stale. I love Quickly though but this is a bummer.

Went there to order they never said or any signs that say they don’t take cash at all so I’m trying to order but they were being very rude not trying to communicate with me to let me know.. anyways I had a friend end up purchasing for me with their card as I’m waiting I realized they had my items ready and off the side while they were giving other customers their orders which I thought was very rude so I ended up saying something to get my items which is ridiculous and I have never had to experience this type of customer service especially when I work in it myself I just though it was very rude and to mention they didn’t cook the food well done enough for me. Hate to mention this but I did not like their customer service for that.
