Restaurant bewertenAfter our initial order from another company fell through, I found myself in a panic about four hours before our event. I reached out to Dana to see if her team could not only fulfill the same order but also deliver it to the venue that same day. I typically hesitate to shift my order to a small business on such short notice, but Dana graciously accepted our request and managed to deliver everything before the event started. The staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and straightforward, and the entire experience with the supplier was outstanding.
My son and daughter-in-law sent me a bouquet of flowers from this florist, and they are simply stunning. The arrangement is spectacular, and they smell amazing! I have them in my office, and I truly love their beauty and fragrance. I couldn't be happier!

I am not a frequent customer, but I am a consistent customer of Dana's. I would purchase balloons and flowers for birthdays of friends and family members and or flowers just because. In February I purchased balloons for my daughter and the foil 6 balloon started to deflate by the time I got home. I immediately took a photo and called the store; I was asked to come back so they can look at the balloon but with my daughter's party beginning in less than an hour I declined and said I would take a photo and show them next time I was in the store. I went back today since my birthday is around the corner in hopes of getting a really cool balloon bouquet. I showed an employee the photo of the deflated balloon in my phone, and she spoke to her manager. She returned and said she is really sorry for what happened but there is nothing she could do as far as a discount. I then spoke to the manager myself and shared how I am a consistent customer but not frequent, showed her the photos, explained how the Feb birthday was within an hour, and that I was hoping to get a small discount for my balloon order today. She I believe she is the daughter of the owner, but she runs the store, she is always there explained how helium is expensive, that they have not raised their prices in years, and that I should have brought the balloon in to be looked at. O and that this could have been user error, meaning maybe I got it caught in my car door or something. I understood what she was saying but even if it was my fault which it WAS NOT, that a 5 could have been offered. And no, they have not raised their prices, but this being a boutique store in CV the prices are already high, again 5 could have been honored. And helium is raising in cost, I get that as well, but 5 could have been honored for a consistent customer of years. I did not share with her about the February call because she obviously made up her mind. I said thank you and walked out. She said she was sorry, but the truth is...she is not. If she was sorry, she would have satisfied my 5 request, she chose not to. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.
Came here for the first time last week and went with a pretty good impression! first I am not a great donor, so the already arranged bouquets were a bit out of my budget for a fair start. I needed two drinks for two friends. the florist I spoke with, unfortunately, did not get her name, she was so nice and understanding. I gave her my price class and she asked what color theme I wanted. I was so happy with her art work in my tight budget! my friends were also super impressed and probably thought that I spent a lot on what I didn't do. they also have the most beautiful wrap paper! If you ever think of buying one of these bundles at the trader joe’ safes, I would say take their money here and leave them together something for them! they will not be disappointed and support a local business! I will definitely return!
