Restaurant bewertenHorrible experience. Have been to so many branches. Never had bad exotics like this. I have to wait literally for 35 minutes in line. Don't think there is lot of crowd. There were 4 people in front of me. Service was so bad. They literallydon't want to work. Not interested to help. Very bad experience. Keep yourself away from this branch.
I asked for fajita veggies and guacamole and didn?t get any. I gave them a second try because they offered a free order of extra meat and instead they gave me a half portion. This place was great when they first opened and the line was always out the door.Now they just are not up to the usual standard. The San Leandro location is far better.
When you place an online order at this restaurant, you’ll receive only about a quarter of the portion you would get if you ordered in person. If you request corn, expect to get just around 10 pieces. The accompanying photo illustrates how little food you receive. Additionally, you'll have to wait about 30 minutes for your online order because there’s only one person managing the mobile orders. I strongly advise against ordering from this location. It’s a disappointing representation of Chipotle.
Today, I picked up my takeout order. I ordered the barbacoa burrito bowl with all the toppings. Unfortunately, the meat was excessively salty, making it difficult to enjoy the dish. If I had been closer to my workplace and had time to return, I definitely would have. There’s nothing worse than food that’s over-salted.
The restaurant wasn't busy, but the staff appeared rushed when taking orders. I expected a more patient and friendly attitude. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl, but the chicken was a bit overcooked and there was too much juice at the bottom. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience during this visit.
