Chipotle - Castro Valley

It's great to have a Chipotle nearby. This location has everything you would expect, including a small outdoor seating area for dining during COVID. However, during my visit, two of the front-line servers consistently had their face masks below their noses for most of the time I was there (15 minutes). Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I generally like Chipotle and have frequented other locations without any issues. However, my experience at this specific location was disappointing. I had a coupon that they refused to honor, even after speaking to the manager who was rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't honor the coupon or provide a refund, so we decided to leave and I will not be returning to the Chipotle at 3369 Castro Valley Blvd. I contacted corporate through their website and eventually received a refund.

This was concerning to me, so I will not be returning to this particular location.

Beautiful to know, there is always a chipotle close. this has everything they would expect, including a small outside space where they can eat during the covid. on my one visit was that two of the front line servers face masks among their nases were most of the time I watched them (15 minutes). will not be back to this.

I like chipotle in general and was often at other locations had never complained. I only visited this place once, I had a good note and they refused to honour it. I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and refused to honour the voucher or to return my money. we went out and I will never buy again from this 3369 castro valley blvd location.
