7 A Live Restaurant Bar - Castries

This is one of the first places where I had lunch when I arrived in Castries. The food is excellent value for your money, and the restaurant is located right across from the Monchy bus stop. I highly recommend paying them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

My family loves this restaurant and we highly recommend it to locals and tourists alike. The menu offers a variety of delicious local pastries and flavorful juices. The owner, Charles Alexander, is a friendly and hospitable St. Lucian who takes pride in satisfying his customers. The head chef, Miss Marthaline, is a skilled local chef who creates mouthwatering dishes that will have you coming back for more. Visit this restaurant with your loved ones and experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere for yourself.

I have been dining at this restaurant for approximately 15 years, and the taste has consistently remained excellent.
