We ordered two pizzas - one was a perfect pepperoni pizza, but the other was a completely random pizza that we did not order. We called them right away and they were great, not only promising to send us the right pizza but also something extra! They were very friendly and in the Christmas spirit. We will definitely be back soon! The pizza itself was authentic and delicious, with a nice thin crust style.

The restaurant offers fantastic customer service along with incredibly tasty pizzas that have a unique style compared to the typical mass-produced options. The dining experience is excellent, with fresh ingredients and wonderful aromas. The kids' meal is a great value. Although we had a small issue with our delivery yesterday, a quick phone call to the pizza boutique led to apologies and a promise to rectify the situation. Shortly after, a new pizza and complimentary ice creams arrived with the driver. The young staff understand the importance of good customer service and handle any mistakes with grace, ultimately winning over their customers. We will definitely be returning.

The best experience in pizza boutiques new take on stranmillis road. my friend and I were their first customers and we were thrilled by the service. we ordered two pizzas, some bacon doballs and the amazing personal gave us an additional pizza as we were the first customers. eating is nice and I will return 100%. the customer service was excellent, the employees were more than friendly, making this pizza even more pleasant to eat.
