Papa Johns Pizza - Castle Rock

Not got! I ordered two pepperoni pizzanins and lacked one that I spoke with, what I suspect is the manager “lanes” she was absolutely disastrous! I asked either for my missing pizza or a refund that it denies both as well as completely rude throughout the conversation.

We ordered for delivery and it showed about a 2 hour wait for delivery. The staff was really nice because they called to inform us that they had to refund our order. They sounded stressed, but I don’t blame them. They let me know that their manager on duty walked out on the job and they had to close the store. Yikes.

Complete disaster. Website said 25-30 minutes. Showed up at 30 minutes and was told it would be 30 minutes more before they would even MAKE the pizza. Second time this has happened. Stay away! Do not order from this place.

Literally the worst customer service and it sucks because I love Papa John's pizza. The past 4 times we have ordered either someone never delivered it (and they didn't call to tell us) or it was 2+ hours after the ETA. We keep trying to give them a chance and it never improves.

Placed an online order for delivery just past 8pm, and was provided an ETA of 30-40 minutes. 60 minutes later, still no pizza. Called the store and an automated bot said my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes (so, 90 minutes after I ordered it). 30 minutes came/went, plus another 30 after that... So at this point we were now over TWO HOURS past when I placed the order. I called the store, and received a message, thank you for calling but this location is now closed. After coming up with another plan for dinner (I think McDonald 's was the only viable option at that point), and walking out the door to leave, I see a delivery guy pull up with my pizza, TWO AND A HALF HOURS AFTER I ORDERED IT. He made a bunch of excuses about being the only driver, their system isn 't working right, blah, blah, blah... Pizza was cold and not fresh anymore. I prepaid for the pizza online, plus a delivery fee, plus the tip in advance. This was probably the worst pizza delivery experience I 've ever had (and I worked for Domino 's in college, so I know the drill). Would have been a better value and use of my time to call Granelli 's, Scileppi 's or Parry 's and pick it up. I would give the Castle Rock Papa John 's location a 0 rating if I could, bleh!
