Restaurant bewertenMy husband had to return to the restaurant twice because they failed to give him the sandwich he ordered. The second time, they made the sandwich incorrectly. This is not the first time we have experienced this kind of issue at this establishment. We will not be returning as it seems they are unable to correct their mistakes. We have had enough of this inconsistency.
I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to have the person working there completely ignore my order. I should have driven away after 5 minutes, but I was curious to see how long it would take. When I finally drove through, I saw the employee lounging around with a drink in hand, playing on his phone. This is definitely one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to.
The workers at this restaurant don't seem to be happy to be there, displaying negative attitudes. The female manager assumed I spoke Spanish and was also rude. The large black man lacked customer service skills, making the experience less enjoyable. The youngest Hispanic employee appeared to be in need of some training and was also rude and unprofessional.
Here's a hot mess! driving through not working and numerous short dark skin chic is very rude. I really hope the owners will see these reviews. the customer service is everything and this spot certainly does not offer it. never. always back. I prefer the one near goldenrode, where sams is now these employees are very nice and always surpasses my expectations
The screen didn't work ,the food was cold and my food was wrapped in wax paper. I ordered no pickles light onion so they put three mushy tomatoes instead. The food is usually better at this location.
