Restaurant bewertenWe went to the subway today (7/30/2022) at 15:05 o'clock. there were 2 employees, male and female. that was in the register and the male was in the back. they began to fight who wanted to help our family. She started talking very loudly with him that she had already gone out, and he said that you didn't help them so much. she then came by and was very rude about how many sandwichs we needed and we told her l 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1). she went “I need help that she wants 4 sandwiches”. then she began to be very rude to ask us if the broth and the flesh would all be the same. etc. let them just say it was a very unpleasant competent service statement that we have with this SUBWAY allocation! there should have been no dispute, an rude demeanor or a hostility to us, because we all wanted our sandwiches different. please talk to their personals as they are their front for their business. we will not return to this place after this disgusting behavior that we experience between employees and their customers. ps: our sandwiches at least tasted good.
When she finally approached us, her attitude was quite rude as she asked how many sandwiches we needed. We told her we wanted four, and she sighed in exasperation, saying, "I need help; they want four sandwiches." Her manner became increasingly disrespectful as she inquired if all the ingredients—like the broth and meat—would be the same. Overall, we found the customer service at this Subway location to be very unpleasant. There should have been no argument or hostility directed toward us, especially since we wanted our sandwiches customized. It’s important to remind the staff that they represent the business. After witnessing such poor behavior, we will not be returning to this location again. On a positive note, the sandwiches themselves were enjoyable.
I went in to order a cold cut combo the way I liked it, but the person taking orders refused to accommodate my request. Instead, I had to settle for a steak, which still wasn't what I wanted. The staff member was also very rude. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
Horrible experience here with rude employee. Came in yesterday June 10th 2022 the large black person working (don't want to assume their gender) was sureley and rude, making rude remarks to my husband, refusing to give him something he wanted on his sandwhich because they claimed he pronounced it wrong, he didn't by the way. Despite that I thought well maybe they are having a bad day so I remained pleasant and still they were rude to me sighing and acting like we were ruining their day just by being in there. We're small business owners so we know this is no way to treat your customers, we will not be coming back, hopefully this person and their horrible attitude will be fired. Right now there are plenty of people who would be happy to have a job, sorry this miserable person hates theirs so much
Kudos to the team at this Subway! I recently moved to CG and I miss my favorite sub shop (Port of Subs). So I've came to this Subway store 3 times now and every single time my order is made correctly and on time. Amazing! Keep it up.
