Restaurant bewertenI often come here because I always get a good and fast customer service! my order is always correct and it is a welcoming and clean environment every time! very satisfied.
It has always taken a long time to get through the drive-thru, and it's even worse now due to staffing issues. I would suggest avoiding visiting during peak times when they are rushed. The food and portion sizes are also only average, I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
We decided to order tacos from the drive-through, but they were extremely hard and dripping with dark brown, old burnt oil. They tasted terrible, so we ended up throwing them away and opting for soup and sandwiches instead. What a disappointment! Don't forget to clean your oil, Jack.
I guess it shouldn't surprise me but the person on the ordering speaker totally messed up my order and then to top it off I ask for unsweetened tea and they gave me sweetened tea. Since I was drive-through I actually had to get out of my car and my car and go in because the line was too long to just exchange a beverage
I went to Jack in the Box before work and decided to go inside since the drive-thru line was long. A male employee told me to use the drive-thru because he had a delivery to unload and didn't want to keep going back and forth to the register. I saw four other staff members inside. I won't be returning to Casa Grande.
