Chatham Hill Winery - Cary

A date here for Valentine's Day for a tour and tasting and was one of the most informative experiences I had about wine. The tour guide went us methodically through the process of how the wine was made in relation to the oak barrels, fermentation fathers, filling, tanks, etc. They had tasted us different wines and showed us how to revive the glass, cleanse the palate with water, how to smell it properly and how to get the full taste and aroma out of it. Would recommend everyone.

AMAZING Experience! We had an explosion on a Saturday night. Ask for Kevin, he is human and very knowledgeable! The apple and peach are!

We stayed from this charming town winery during a few nights in the city. It was sweet, cozy and tastefully decorated. The wine was great. And Nancy was a total treasure. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are in the area and are looking for a good place to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine, we definitely recommend to stop here!

Here you can enjoy a lazy afternoon with a large tasting, a board and a bottle afterwards. Cosy tasting room with informative tour through its delicious wines.
