Dolcesalato - CARUGATE

Good morning, my mom and I have been there for years, clients on Sunday afternoon, at Carugate's D.O. It is with great pleasure that I thank Barista Dolores and Barista Claudio, for their kindness, patience and professionalism. With my mom then, they always repeat the nice little scene for the boiling hood, which if it's not hot is not good. You laugh, you joke and you spend pleasantly the end of the afternoon. Thank you very much to them.

For years that from time to time I taste their products, from bakery to pastry, environment well maintained by the person who manages it, always very nice and friendly, I recommend it.

It's been a while since I attended Carugate Dolcesalato I go with pleasure whenever I can with my mom and sometimes even with friends/friends. Mostly I frequent it on Sunday in the late afternoon for the aperitif. Relaxing place, cozy with staff always very kind, super... another adjective to describe it does not exist.... sincato, than already on 2 occasions, I was disappointed and cherished: the first took place about a month and a half ago...was Sunday, 18.50...... we arrive, but we are told that the room is closing... was washing the floor.... and tonight, today 29 May 2022, hours 19.02: closed room, saracinesche lowered. How strange, yet the sign on the door says that the closing time is 19.30!! Inside there is someone and at 20.00 idem. What a pity....and to say, that on other occasions, with other staff, like last Sunday, at 20:00 we were there in more people to laugh and joke...what strange.... is a place that closes surprise...when he wants...... I'm sorry, because I assure you, when it is open deserves....certo, when it is open....

Very friendly place, friendly staff, great coffee and desserts, well-structured place despite being a little small

We found pastries made with fresh pastry cream, made in the morning, and a delicious pastry... recommended!
