Restaurant bewertenI got my order on the phone tonight. I had dinner in the night before with my sister and it was really good! So I ordered the same food on the phone. when I am there to pick up my order, I noticed there was no salat or suppe, so I asked the server about it. she said it doesn't come with suppe or salat. I said it's on the menu here and online. she then said it doesn't come with suppe or salat on call in order. Really?” they should say that online. also my acknowledgement showed that dinner cost a dollar more. I didn't mention that. she wanted to give me an salad. that was good until I came home and opened the karton. the salat was as brown as the back of my hand. I was afraid to eat it so I threw it in the müll!” what a difference a day and service make!
Overall it was okay. Certain menu items are over-priced. Drinks were not good at all. It's definitely been hyped but ultimately the restaurant service just isn't much to brag about.
First time customer.Stood at hostess stand forever without any greeting or acknowledgment.Got seated.Only 2 at the table, no one joined usThey weren't really busy.Server took 10 minutes to get our drink order. We ordered everything at once when she finally came. She told us the rice wasn't really that good here. ?It took forever to get our drinks and the guy out to cook as well as everything else. Including the bill to pay.Food wasn't great, seemed watered down. Salad Dressing, Soup, drinks?....
Facts : I ordered the steak fried rice and out of curiosity decided to disect it . I got about 8 small pieces of meat hidden throughout the rice (see photos) I ordered spring rolls for an appetizer and when they arrived they were literally the size of your thumb and very mushy inside . so basically 20 dollars for fried rice , cheap cuts of meat and mushy spring rolls . BTW : My only tea refill came after I finished my meal , was presented my bill and I asked for more tea . Won't be going back ?
I giving 2-stars because this is my normal take out sushi place and the sushi is probably the highest quality in the area. If I was just judging on tonight it would be a 1.Took the family for hibachi. It’s my son’s 10th birthday and this was his pick. We were sat promptly. Then after drink orders we were told we had to move to a different table. Okay no big deal. Then after we’re situated the hibachi chef told us the table we were moved to was broken. So he moved us to a third table and told us he would cook our food while he served another table.Well he cooked the food, but at the other table facing the other guest. If I wanted hibachi without the show I’d order it to go. Kinda hard to enjoy the best part through the chefs back. But whatever everyone’s super short staffed I’ll be fine. Then a table was sat at the same table we were moved from “cause it was broken” and a chef came out to help their much larger party. Table seemed to be working fine. Wow okay. Starting to get annoyed. But the icing on top of everything. Was the waitress refused to honor the half priced kids meals that’s posted on a giant sign by the front door. Instead she slaps a kids meal down in front of me with Thursday blacked out. Except we were sat with 4 adult menus. I was never given a kids menu. It’s just irritating to spend $100+ on dinner for 4 and get zero compromise on a $7 discount.I’ll still get sushi to go but I’d look for somewhere else for hibachi.
