Cold food tried to explain what I wanted to exchange at window guy could never figure it

I am very disappointed by the drive thru. The last 3 times I have ordered thru the drive thru the pieces of chicken are so small that I think they save the little pieces to be served there. It is frustrating to get home and find out the food doesn’t even make a dent in your hunger. I will no longer go there even though I like the flavor.

Ordered a bunch of drinks and when I got down the road there was a hole in one!! Which spilt tea all over my car ! They could at least check there cups before handing them

We have ate here many times but this particular time we had our dog with us so we ate in our car in the parking lot. $32.00 worth of food. My husband got out during the meal and went in to ask if he could refill his large drink. He was told NO you have to buy another. He said I just ordered this one, not 10 minutes ago, she said, I know but if you don't eat inside you have to pay for another drink. He said that really wasn't fair there are picnic tables outside what would be the difference? She said if you don't like it it's your choice not to come back. Wow!! They don't mind losing buisness over a $1.50. I could understand if she hadn't remembered him coming in minutes before. Also, I would totally agree with another review that the staff was petty and rude.
