My Father's Barbeque - Carson

I go to this excellent restaurant often since I enjoy the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The crew is exceptionally loyal and experienced. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Also, the food you get is magnificent. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The cost is modest. I recommend this restaurant to to all.

As a Texan, I didn't expect this good of BBQ in California! The place is small and I'm sure it gets packed, but we went in for an early lunch. The service is so friendly and quick. The place is clean and decorated like a nice Southern cafe. The lady helped walk us through our options and made sure we would get just what we wanted. My friend is a regular but I hadn't been before. The food came out quickly and it was perfectly hot. I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. It was the best I've had in California and the sauce was perfection! They had a crispy slaw on top of it that wasn't overwhelming like some places do. The french fries were so tasty, crispy, and well-seasoned. My friend got the ribs and mac and cheese. He loved it. We had their blue lemonade that was also excellent. I have zero complaints about this place. They work hard and put out excellent BBQ. I will definitely be back!

This restaurant has excellent service and yummy food. The best spot in town. The food and drinks came out quick and the rates are reasonable. I recommend this place.

Fantastic Texas style BBQ! The meats are smoked slow and sauce is on the side, brisket is our favorite, but everything is delicious! Side dishes are so tasty, you’ll want more. We ordered for a small gathering and the owner/operators couldn’t have been more helpful with deciding on portions and sides, food was ready on time and service was super friendly! Call ahead, they have lives and families as we all do and can let you know if there are unexpected closures or online order glitches. Love love love love my father’s BBQ, it’s the best

Great spot for lunch. It's not much from the outside, but inside is nice, and food is delicious. Pulled pork and brisket were on point. Mac n cheese were just the right amount of guiness, and slaw had a nice bite to it. Five stars!
