Restaurant bewertenAmazing curry dishes that everyone loved! Service was much better then when we previously ate here. Wait time was very reasonable; staff is very friendly and helpful.
Food was pretty good especially the veggie spring rolls, but it was 100 degreessI outsides and he brought us warm water with no ice…Really we had to ask for Ice and 3 napkins. Otherwise not
While Thai cuisine may not appeal to everyone, especially with its spiciness, there are options for all tastes. Each appetizer and dessert is delightful; I particularly recommend the Chicken Satays as an appetizer and the Coconut Cake and Thai Donuts for dessert. Additionally, the Mango Sticky Rice is a gluten- and dairy-free option that, although it's not my personal favorite, is still quite tasty. Having visited this restaurant a dozen times, I've never had a less than satisfying experience. The food is comforting, the atmosphere is peaceful, and each visit is a pleasure. I eagerly anticipate my next visit. **Vegetarian options:** Thai Station offers a variety of vegetarian dishes, and many meals can be made with tofu as a meat substitute. Their curries, made with coconut milk, are also vegan-friendly. **Dietary restrictions:** Thai food can easily be adapted to be dairy-free, meat-free, and gluten-free, depending on your preferences. **Kid-friendliness:** While many children may not be familiar with Thai cuisine, the menu includes plenty of options that are accessible for younger diners. There's also a kid's menu featuring familiar dishes, as well as options that are exciting and new. The casual yet elegant environment is welcoming for families, without any hazards—unless you consider spice to be a potential danger, as there are many spicy choices available. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The restaurant has a ramp at its entrance for easy access.
Our team really enjoyed the food. The decor was lovely, featuring a unique train station theme with real rail cars. The food was fresh, cooked to order, and served in generous portions with fantastic flavors. They also had an excellent selection of Asian beers. The prices were quite reasonable—only $125 for a party of five! It's definitely worth a visit!
The service can be quite slow, but the food is excellent. I had the red curry and really liked it. Parking was easy, which has been my main concern after dining at several places in nearby Chapel Hill. Everything on the menu looked fantastic, and the prices are fairly reasonable. The only downside is that the food takes a long time to be prepared.
