Dunkin' - Carol Stream

Staff doesn’t listen or care about customer order. Gone multiple times and get the same thing wrong every time. Just ignorance.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly, polite and quick to prepare orders. The remodeled drive thru is great!

I went to dunkin with my family to have a good time but we got into the store at 6 pm and it was bassically empty, there wasn't any employee even tho the store was open, we had to wait 15 minutes infront of the desk for us to order something, then some girl came in from a car that was parked practically next to our car and it was literally facing the store, they knew there was a huge line and they ignored it. A few minutes later her boyfriend who was in the car too enter the store and started to work. We were too many people waiting for someone who attend us, this is not the first time that happened this Kind of situation on this store.

I went to get breakfast, they made my order wrong then they charged me double, and the worst thing was a grilled cheese sandwich I got, bread like biting PC of rock and there was paper in the sandwich. They didn't remove that paper I guess wrapped for a cheese slice. Never go again. Drink serve without straw.

I don't usually come here, but when I do, it's in the mornings through their drive thru. The service is really nice, there's no rush and they're really quick with getting orders ready, the line at the drive-thru might seem long sometimes but it shortens quickly. I can't speak a lot about their drinks or foods since I only order donuts, but they're tasty.
