Family run business- very friendly with great prices. Seems like the locals frequent this place as well. Great breakfast stop on the way to the National Park.

Sweet little cafe in downtown Carlsbad. Great coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches, in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping in and we will definitely return while we are here in Carlsbad!

Ate here on Monday. It was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and there is outdoor seating. I will stop here again.Ate here again a year later and again it was delicious!

A very friendly place. It was our first time but many customers seemed to be regulars. Best latte I've had in a while. I had the spinach and feta croissant. Delicious! Husband had the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed and excellent dark roast coffee. Then we shared a berry scone. Also good. You can eat on the porch, inside if you are lucky enough to snag a table, or outside in the covered yard. We are going back tomorrow. Much better than hotel free breakfast.

My favorite restaurant in Carlsbad, an oasis with peaceful garden seating, and friendly staff and customers in a cozy historic house near downtown. Wonderful homemade pastries. Love the breakfast scones and muffins. Whole cakes and pies can be ordered. Try the egg bowl and bagel with cream cheese and green chile. Breakfast is served until 11 am but it is still open for coffee and pasties until noon.
