Restaurant bewertenThe Bollywood Cafe is the place for budget conscious and hunger. It offers classic cape food like Bunny-chow and Gatsby. There is a wide selection, from, everything from Indian to Chinese to Pizza and Burger. The decor is a low budget and it could be clean, but it is worth visiting for the experience!
It's a good place. Apparently a great place to buy a gatsaby after my friend. He loves spicy food. On the other hand, I fought through the meal. It was just too hot and I don't have the highest tolerance for spicy foods. But it's another great place.
Two of my mates and I ordered a Tikka Chicken Gatsby for lunch with all circumcisions. What we got was a Gatsby without sauce, barley every Tikka chicken and the chips were half fried. And nothing else (see pictures below). If. You want to get a Gatsby that's not ordered by these guys. What a contempt.
Terrible, guy at the till didn't tell us the procedure so we paid and sat waiting for food for about 20mins. One of the waiters saw us and came to ask what we ordered and when we told him he was shocked asking us if the guy at the till hadn't instructed us. Eventually we were served and the food was cold had to ask the water to warn it in. Microwave. When I buy Indian I expect it to be made to order not served from some batch of food. I didn't enjoy the meal
Worst Indian food in Cape Town. Ordered in from Mr Delivery. There 's more rice and water with butter chicken than it being saucy. 6 small portions of chicken and they did not mark the two orders of butter chicken, one which was mild and the other hot. Pathetic for a 'popular ' restaurant. Will not order from them again and will tell everyone to avoid this excuse for food. I 'm literally drinking my butter chicken meal. Too bad I can 't attach photos to this post. Great way to spoil one 's day.
