Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Cape Coral

This place is so amazing and keeps with the current times. the owner understands that technology is an essential part of the business and defends its employees when people leave bad reviews about employees who check their phones for work. I wasn't here so long, but I had to acknowledge that the owner is so responsive and sweet and easy. this is really a great place, but it was 10x better to see how the owner treats their customers. absolutely immaculate. I've never seen customer service like that!

Rude staff! She really only cared about texting on her cell the entire time we were there. I walked in went up to the register to have the cashier check the balance on my gift cards. I asked her and she just looked at me and didn’t speak. A lady walked up to check out and she just turned and started helping her. I stepped to the side so the lady could pay. After the lady paid, I gave her my gift cards to check again. Without saying much she grab the cards and scanned them telling me that the balance was saying zero but I needed to call the number on the back to check for myself. Once we paid and sat down, I called the number on the back and both of the gift cards did have a balance. When we got up to leave I told the cashier that there was in fact money on both cards. I guess I was expecting her to speak or maybe apologize but again she just looked at me. Her cell phone then made a noise like she got a text message, so she just grabbed her cell phone to check her message. Literally the worse customer service I have ever had at this location. Maybe it’s just me but I definitely do not like to see staff paying attention to their cell phones and not guests. She made me feel uncomfortable like we were bothering her * Thank you for your very professional and educated response to my very honest and accurate review of your establishment. I’ve been coming here for years and I love all of the alternating flavors that they offer! There was never a time when I left disappointed. When I want something sweet, they are the first place I think of to eat at and Menchie’s is definitely one of the places I wanted to eat at before I go back to college!

My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Breanna, Who was running the entire store by herself! Cleaning tables and floors and was ready for us as soon as we were ready to pay, there was a problem with the computer system but she quickly manually entered my credit card, she was professional and courteous and made sure we were satisfied, great customer service and flavors as this location! Thanks Breanna!

We have been regulars now for about 2 years. Every time we come into this location it’s always super clean, friendly staff, and all around great recommendations! I’ve never thought to write a review until we met the owner today!!! Menchies is the all around perfect date night or family outing!
