Restaurant bewertenI was there for lunch with a friend who had never eaten dim sum. While the dishes we were able to get were good. The selection was smaller than expected and cart service was just slow. Would I go again? I won't say I wouldn't but there are other dim sum restaurants in the area that I would prefer.
A horrible dining experience. Greeter was unfriendly almost discourteous. The food was brought out piece meal, my wife ate hers while I waited. The food was basically inedible. I could not eat the General Tso chicken. I am not a picky eater but this was really bad tasting food. I love rice. I could not eat the rice. It tasted like it was a day old and then nuked to warm it up. The ambience is not good. I don't like giving such a negative review but it really surprised me that a restaurant could be this bad and stay open. I suspect if they are ever inspected it won't go well for them. Needless to say I won't be returning.
I wanted to try them again under the new owners, heard bad things, but I heard they are now good again, I was going to put a takeout order, and the phone line was always busy.Oh well, I will try and find another one.
Very, very bland. I paid extra for the fried rice only to find it has nothing else in it. No extra spices, carrot, eggs, or anything. It looks like they just poured soy sauce on the white rice and called it fried. Lemon chicken was ok but nothing special, clearly food service stock item. It is less flavor than Panda express at twice the price. I will not return.Edit: Go order fried rice from any restaurant other than yours. It is not just rice. Orange chicken down the street, $6.40.
We love canton house. They were great before and still great under new ownership!
