Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Canonsburg

This ice cream is fantastic. Arguably, the best ice cream I've had: creamy, fresh, and so delicious! I've tried White Chocolate Raspberry, Black Raspberry, NY Cheesecake, Strawberry and Caramel Swirl. I cannot pick a favorite: all of them were wonderful in their own way. All the young ladies who helped me were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They let you taste before you buy. They sell their ice cream in cups, cones, pints and quarts. They have other customary ice cream treats like banana splits, sundaes and shakes. The prices are terrific! I highly recommend this ice cream shop.

My boyfriend liked the variety of flavors and the quality; it's definitely gourmet ice cream but without the gourmet price. Tons of different flavors; and a variety of cones to choose from. The service is friendly and helpful; they'll help you select a flavor if you're not too sure what you want. And they give you tastes of the flavors you are interested in. I like the fact that you can get from one to three scoops of ice cream and they don't have to be the same flavor. And their waffle cones are fantastic and are made on site. The sundaes are loaded with whatever sauce you want; my boyfriend loved the caramel sauce. The banana splits they make use fresh bananas and the hot fudge or chocolate sauce is hot and the pineapple and strawberry sauces are cold as they should be. The whipped cream is delightful and the cherry on top I always get because he knows that I like them lol. All I can say is that they make a great ice cream and the rewards program is fantastic; they even took my old punch cards from back in the day. So if you want a good treat; go to Bruster's.

The service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice here and the ice cream is exactly what you hope it is the perfect combination of icy and creamy. They didn’t have birthday cake so I got cake batter and I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest.
