Very helpful server who knew all the allergen info by heart. Used a clean scoop and took from a new part of the ice cream. Very knowledgeable about many allergies. Best ice cream I have ever had. I had a tub of stracciatella and it was incredible! No artificial flavouring or colours, all tubs/spoons compostable. Very knowledgeable about allergies and CC. Amazing!!! There are a few around the city. Not sure which is as good for gluten knowledge.
