If you have a sporting event and want a typical bar setting this is a good choice

Not impressed with the food or service. We arrived well before the dinner rush, so there was no reason that our meal of nachos and Caesar salad should have taken 40 minutes to arrive. Food was so-so: nachos had skimpy cheese, salad was meh.

The Fish and Chips (Grouper) was really good and at a fair price. Great place to watch game or get sports updates.

We just spent a wonderful 5 day vacation at this Marriott Cancun celebrating the new year. Part of the great time was due to the convenience and service of this beach side restaurant. It’s in the sand with plenty of shade, pillows and servers waiting on your every need. As if that weren’t enough, on New Years Eve they transformed it to a beach party extravaganza…strung cafe lights, decorated tables, a mile long buffet, open bar, two bands, fire dancers and fireworks with a DJ that kept us dancing to wee hours of the morning. We’ve been to 15 different countries and usually stay in a Ritz Carlton. I was worried this property wouldn’t measure up but the super accommodating staff (we’re picky), pool layout, activities, this restaurant right on the beach and their party skills made us more than happy. My one knock would be the rooms are showing their age but all the other things mentioned make up for it and our upgrade to a full ocean view. We really enjoyed the lobby bar and Japanese next door too. We’re already planning a return trip. Shout out and special thanks to Cassandra the party organizer and Louis who waited on us hand and foot for days at SacBe.
