Horrible experience here guy making my pizzas was on his phone with no mask on , no Covid protocols being followed , disgusting pizza avoid this place at all costs much better options out there

First time ordering from papa john's, it was very very tasty. Whatever you guys are doing, please don't change. The tomatos were superb. The only thing we complained about was the dips they seemed very thin, runny.

Aug. 19,2022 I understand busy that's why I had Papa John's take care of my supper or so I thought . Less than a week ago I called them and thanked them for a hot, lots of toppings great tasting pizza. That is not the case this time. Absolutelydisgusting how could you send that out. Cool not hot and no that's not a sock or huge mushroom either. Where's the toppings? Isent a text to discuss this matter along with pics, even got a text back confirming . No such effort made its Sunday nothing.Some customer appreciation paid more than advertised 3 topping xl delivery I even tipped the driver. No excuses I talked to 2people and still? No garlic dip but Ranch please got garlic. Listen to what I want I'm the one eating it. Remember it's thecustomers that keep you in business. Someone reached out from papa's try to make it better which in turn was way better thanwhat was first served,, However the person I spoke to said it will be the best pizza you ever had. Sorry nope.. Victoria pizzabest pizza I ever had. Place shut down after 30 yrs. Then Peter's pizza in Spruce Brove, then Mr. MIKES in Athabasca and locallyMonte Carlo in camrose. Try these places Papa and you'll see what a best pizza you ever ate is. Kudos to the old owners ofPapas it was awesome then. I do send a thank you out for trying to make it right. Consistency is everything.... just a notehad to pay delivery a second time for the replacement i'll leave the pics on my post as a reminder that this is Notacceptable. Remember people it's your money don't just settle for whatever.
