Restaurant bewertenWe a company of 7) had a wonderful time again at your restaurant on May 28.23. The food was delicious. The waiters were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and you have a very modern and classy style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!!! Thank you for being consistent. Highly recommend!!!
Best place in cambell River for a fine dining night . food is crazy good a must if your in cambell River
My husband and I had wonderful meal. I had the scallops and mushrooms to start and then the cajun halibut and rice and my husband had the mushroom caps to start and then the striploin steak with peppercorn sauce and potatoes. Both our meals were delicious. They give ample amount of food on the plate. I particularly loved that they give a nice assortment of different vegetables with your meal. The staff was excellent and attentive. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, I enjoyed one of their martinis and then we each had wine. They have an excellent selection of wines. We finished our meal off with their mud pie; it was definitely worth leaving room for that! To top it all off the restaurant itself was very comfortable and inviting and the view of the marina makes it a wonderful place to enjoy the view out on the water. It was a special occasion so we indulged ourselves. It was our first time at this restaurant and we will definitely be going again.Parking: Ample parking available.
We had the Scallops for a appetizer. For the mains we had Duck breast and Halibut. Dessert was Creme brulee. All were very good. Nice view of Discovery harbor as you dine.
BUYER BEWARE!! GO ELSEWHERE!!I could go on and on about this place, but that would take me all day. Here are the main points: FOODHorrendously under seasoned and bland. It seems as though the chefs are more concerned about plating than actually making the food taste good. The size of the portion is laughable; $30 for a salad that has minimal greens, 5 cubes of feta (I counted about the size of your nail), 9 blueberries (which were going bad), and salted cashews from Costco. SERVICEPossibly the worst I 've had in a while. Waitress was combative and outright annoyed when we asked for more bread after 45 minutes of waiting. In the 2 hours we were there, she came to the table 4 times. We came at 8:15. We got our food at 9:30. We left at 10:15. When we asked her why it took so long she said she hadn 't anticipated the kitchen to take so long. Okay, I understand but after 30 minutes of waiting, it would 've been nice to be checked in on and told what was going on.Upon hearing our complaints, she told us we should 've told Scott about our experience. Who is Scott?? ATMOSPHEREMediocre food masquerading as fine dining. This place is in a strip mall where unhoused people camp.I am ashamed to have hyped this place up to friends and family. Three years ago, during a pandemic, the food and service was deserving of high praise. Now, it is laughable. I am embarrassed to have brought my family here.Take your time and money elsewhere unless you like subpar food, sketchy service, and a bill that will make your eyes fall out your head.Awful.Vegetarian options: None offered except for a pitiful salad. Vegetables that came with the dish were unseasoned and overcooked. Disgusting.Kid friendliness: Not at all friendly for kids. Clientele is older and of the affluent variety.Parking: Located in a strip mall with two entrances. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Rather inaccessible. Not many ramps and hard to get to if disabled.Dietary restrictions: They were careful about one dietary restriction in our group, but it made the dish painfully bland and probably took 30 extra minutes because they had made it the wrong way the first time.
