Restaurant bewertenShort walk from the Kentish City Bath Station. some seats on the street. another review mentioned the boring lighting was romantic. for mine it was hard to read the menu because it was so dark. I had to use my handy light. had a few excellent cocktails and entree of cheese and steak tart both delicious. main duck (lightly dry), rainbow trout (excellent) and a glass white wine. £105 for 2. for the price could have been the service more attentive.
Eating and weeping was a good quality. I've looked at 3.5 stars. bark meat tar was well flavored and duck jam was well cooked with the meat falling from the bone. Forget a picture of the cheese plate. Given the chance we might have had a cocktail or dessert to polish the meal, but landed elsewhere to do this. Service staff were welcoming and friendly, but we got a bit hurried as it turned out that it was a 2hr booking so they needed the table back. they mentioned at the beginning, but talks flew and a slow hearty eating, timing ended very tight. They were clustered, but were not too rude about it.
The first time in this restaurant yesterday. it has been illuminated so perfectly for a date night, its little so it is quite quiet that is also really beautiful. the staff was very friendly and friendly. the whole food was delicious and the cocktails were also really good. a bit expensive, but eating, drinks and atmosphere make it worth every penny.
What an incredible meal. if I had eaten this in the restaurant, I would be impressed, but having this quality of food at home is something special. the steaktare was fantastic, but the star of the show was the duck conflict. the flesh fell from the bone and the taste was wonderful. I can't expect to go to the restaurant if we are allowed.
Absolutely delicious food, we had the sharing board, duck confit and creme brûlée, could not fault anything with any part of our dishes, we loved everything about Patron cave a manger and would love to revisit sometime soon. Lovely bistro vibes, it really felt like we took a bit of Paris with us when we left. Great service also.
