Mcdonald's - Cambridge

Great place to stop on a road trip. Little outside picnic area was perfect on a nice day. Clean bathroom.

Machine for mochas is always down, chicken nuggets are usually old or cold or both. Not impressed with this McDonald's.

I came through the drive Thru at 12:11 pm, the girl working the drive thru apparently made some mistake and he manager started SCREAMING at this girl, like I could clearly hear what this guy was saying with the window closed, he was in her face and just SCREAMING, this poor girl looked like she was going to cry, you don't scream at employees ESPECIALLY in front of customers. and after about 10 minutes of waiting for my order, it was STILL wrong, even after mister big boy manager asked me to tell him what my order was, and the order was STILL wrong.

Food was hot which is the best thing I can say. Customer service sucks. Been that way for many years and I thought it would improve over time but I was wrong.

The food was decent, but the atmosphere next to the bread was a bit outdated, and the cashier wasn't particularly friendly.
