Restaurant bewertenWe found this place while looking for another. Were invited in--never a good sign. But the patio has a wonderful, slightly decaying, Love in the Time of Cholera feel, like eating in Cartagena 50 years ago, very evocative and romantic. The food is what brought us back the second time. The "seafood explosion" soup is one of the richest broths I've had and thick with shell fish. The Posto Negro is an amazing beef marinated in a caramelized sauce unlike anything we've ever eaten. My husband was scraping every last drop from the plate. Don't miss this one.
We went there for dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the patio area and how nice the restaurant was. while we waited for our table, we were not allowed to order a cocktail, which was very strange. When our food arrived, it was really really bad. Not going back anytime soon!
Looking around we found this place. We went for the posta and ceviche peruano. Nice presentation with awesome seasoning. Good service too.
I review this restaurant as a chef, food here is excellent. Fresh ingredients, good seasoning and flavour. Seafood is not over cooked. We visited her for dinner and ordered salad, seafood soup, Colombian ceviche and patakon.I told how food is good to waiters then lady chef came to our table and we exchanged the greeting.I highly recommend this place.
Buttery sea bass entree with sweet vegetables, coco rice and fried plantains. Extremely rich and generously proportioned to share.Comfortable, interesting ambiance. We went in with few other tourists and had their air conditioned back room to ourselves. The server was attentive and friendly, she came at all appropriate times and we never waited. One of our favorite meals in Cartagena. Must go! We will probably return again before our trip is over, it was an ideal setting with wonderful cuisine.
