Restaurant bewertenThis is a delightful restaurant with a calm and inviting atmosphere. The food is fantastic—truly comfort food at its best. As a pescetarian, I appreciate that I can enjoy my meal here without any concerns. I absolutely love it!
I really don’t want to be negative about a vegan restaurant, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. Considering it’s owned by a foodie YouTuber, I had hoped for some creativity in the menu. Unfortunately, the selections felt quite bland and were executed without much care. I can whip up better meals at home for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, I found the interior to be somewhat dreary and lacking in atmosphere.
I absolutely love the benedict options here! It’s been nearly ten years since I became a vegetarian and stopped eating eggs, so I was thrilled to find these benedict dishes. They were fantastic!
We ate here for breakfast. It was good overall. I loved the dumplings. The Korean pancake looked good too. I definitely recommend adding one or both on as a side. I do recommend coming here but I have a feeling the lunch/dinner is better. The people working were all super nice and pleasant. The cafe is cozy and comfortable. The Eggs Benedict was good but I think it needed some seasoning or a kick. Also the hollandaise wasn't hot so the whole dish felt cold. The breakfast burrito was average but didn't have any spice really. I would love to see some more Korean influence on the breakfast because I bet it would be so delicious. I've been a subscriber of Cheap Lazy Vegan for years and expected a little more of Rose's personality and spice in there. (Disclaimer: I am a chef so I'm harder on food than the average person.
