Restaurant bewertenThe service at this restaurant was generally slow, but it was especially slow when it came to delivering our food orders. Despite the restaurant being only about half full, we were told the kitchen was "a little backed up." After waiting for about 50 minutes, we had to leave and take our food to go because we had a movie to catch. Although they did offer a discount on our meal, the experience was very stressful and unsatisfactory.
My recent visit to Montana's was disappointing. Despite making a reservation through OpenTable, we had to wait a while to be seated and even longer for a waiter to take our drink order. The food was good, but the wait time for everything was far too long. The restaurant seemed to have enough staff, so I'm not sure why the service was so slow. Montana's needs to work on improving their service standards at this location.
We went on Valentine’s Day, 6 pm only to be told they were all out of ribs! Spoke to the manager who said they sold out right away, obviously they under ordered especially being Valentine’s Day! We were very disappointed but it was too late to go anywhere else! Glad we stayed the good was delicious, the service provided by server Envi was fantastic, and management gave us our meal on the house! What a great gesture on their behalf! They know how to treat their clients! We’ll definitely be back there again! Hopefully for the ribs!
This is our second visit to this restaurant and the food was mediocre to below average. We came specifically for the ribs for the kids, but unfortunately, Montana's was out of ribs. Disappointing, Montana's.
Went there for dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. Took al 4 kids along (between the ages 11 months and 8 years). It was child friendly experience. Friendly staff. Did wait a while for our food and drinks but was worth the wait. Ordered steak and it was so so tender and was just the way I like it. Kids also enjoyed their meals.
